Installation

Our team of experienced professionals will ensure that your windows and doors are installed properly, ensuring trouble-free operation, maximum insulation properties, and no leaks. We have licensed carpenters and apprentice carpenters on staff, and continue to provide training opportunities to our installers so that they know the best installation techniques and tools to use. In addition, we guarantee that you will not have any sub-contractors on your job site with the possible exception of electricians, plumbers or masons, without your prior approval. All our installation staff are employees of Ottawa Windows and Doors.

 

We provide a written workmanship guarantee of all our window and door installations for 10 years, and cover the labour on any manufacturer warrantee related items for that same time period. Financing

Our sales staff will be pleased to discuss financing options. Available through TD Canada Trust we can help you finance your purchase with flexible periods and attractive interest rates.

 

Renovations

Through our sister companies we can provide our clients with a wide range of services. Copperstone Kitchens offers excellent design resources, as well as many products that can be used in conjunction with your windows or front entry way (e.g. tiles). Also through the expertise of Copperstone Renovations we can undertake many projects beyond your window and door needs. Some examples would be: fixing significant water infiltration problems, creating decks, finishing basements, adding a sun room, re-siding your home.
